Digg is all about user powered content. Every article on digg is submitted and voted on by the digg community. Share, discover, bookmark, and promote the news that’s important to you!

CSS Vault is having a redesign (it’s still a work-in-progress at this moment).
Some of the things I love:
- Navigation Tabs
- Overall Layout (minus the color scheme – I don’t really like the combination of green and blue)
- Site Rating
