Web conferencing with MegaMeeting

Web conferencing has become more and more common these days, thanks to high speed internet connections and latest technologies available to us. One of the biggest advantages of web conferencing is that it enables companies and businesses to set up group meetings and presentations over the Internet at real time and therefore, saving them time and money to travel to distant locations. With web conferencing, what each participant needs is a computer with an Internet connection and a web conferencing software, and they will be able to connect to other participants and conduct live meetings or presentations without leaving their physical locations.

MegaMeeting is a web conferencing solutions provider which provides web conferencing services, web conferencing software and web conferencing solutions at an affordable cost. MegaMeeting offers different plans to suit your individual needs and budget. According to the website, there are 4 different plans for you to choose from:
1. Professional
2. Enterprise
3. Enterprise - Private Branding
4. Personal
The prices for Professional plan range from just $45 per month to $499 per month and it is ideal for any business - big or small [Pricing info].

The best thing about MegaMeeting is that not only does it offer a desktop video conferencing software but it also offers a browser-based web conferencing software which means there is no need to install and configure a video conferencing software on each participant’s computer - they can just login to MegaMeeting’s browser-based web conferencing system. The browser-based system works with Windows, Mac or Linux and uses Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to allow participants to talk to and hear each other even if they are using different operating systems.

There is a free live demo available at the website so go see for yourself.
